Digital confirmation

After successful payment, a booking confirmation and reference are displayed and sent to the contact details supplied during checkout. If a confirmation does not arrive, contact hello@somethingsomewhere.co.in.

Session delivery

The purchased service is delivered in person on the selected date and time. Our current venue is Something Somewhere, East Chathamma Road, Chathamma, Panangad, Kochi, Kerala 682506. Arrival time, equipment guidance and any preparation notes are sent digitally to confirmed participants before the session.

Customer responsibility

• Provide a working email address and phone number during booking.
• Review the field note before travelling and arrive by the stated reporting time.
• Contact support if the launch instructions have not arrived or cannot be accessed.

Changes and non-delivery

Weather or safety conditions may require a delayed, moved or rescheduled session. If we cannot deliver the booked service, the options in our Cancellation and Refunds Policy apply.
