Bookings and payment

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issue of a booking reference.
• You must provide accurate participant and contact information.
• Prices are shown in INR and may change for future sessions; confirmed bookings retain the price paid.

Participation and safety

• Participants must follow host instructions, use supplied safety equipment and disclose relevant medical or accessibility needs before the session.
• Water activities involve inherent risks including changing weather, slips, falls and immersion. Participation is voluntary and subject to the safety briefing.
• A parent or legal guardian must book for and accompany any participant who is not legally able to consent independently.
• We may refuse or end participation where conduct, intoxication, health concerns or disregard of safety instructions creates risk.

Weather and operational changes

Sessions depend on safe weather, water and operating conditions. We may change the launch point, delay, reschedule or cancel a session when reasonably necessary. Eligible remedies are described in our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

Website and intellectual property

The website, brand assets, copy and visual materials belong to Something Somewhere Outdoor Collective or their respective licensors. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the courts having applicable jurisdiction.
